Communication & Social Media Use
FBC leaders want to stay connected with your youth in relevant ways (texting, calling, email, and/or social media). We have created a Social Media Policy to guide our communications; see Pastor Cristina if you would like a copy. Please indicate if you are okay with these forms of communication.
By digitially signing below, I give permission for my student(named above) to attend youth programming sponsored by First Baptist Church of Lawrence, Kansas and to be under the supervision of FBC staff and volunteers. I understand all reasonable safety precautions will be taken at all times by First Baptist Church staff and volunteers during the events and activities. I authorize any treatment by an accredited hospital and/or physician deemed necessary for my student in case of an emergency. I understand the possibility of unforeseen hazards and know the inherent possibility of risk. I agree not to hold First Baptist Church, its leaders, employees, and volunteer staff liable for any damages, losses, diseases, or injuries incurred by the subject of this form.
